1. Subject of the agreement

PinPilot is software for automating actions on the Pinterest social network. The app performs image posting, content collection, and other actions on behalf of the user through Pinterest's internal API.

2. Terms of use

You confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your country
You have the right to use Pinterest in accordance with its rules
You agree not to use the application for spam, illegal activities or violation of third party rights

3. Risks and liability

Use of automated tools may violate Pinterest's Terms of Service.

You assume all risks associated with using the application, including, but not limited to:

By blocking or restricting your Pinterest account
Deleting Pinterest Content
Other sanctions from Pinterest

The developer is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, associated with the use or inability to use the application.

4. Pinterest Platform Dependency and No Warranties

4.1.The PinPilot application operates through Pinterest's internal API and web interface, which are the exclusive property of a third party (Pinterest, Inc.).Pinterest may change the API, page structure, introduce new restrictions, block endpoints, or update automation detection algorithms at any time and without notice.

4.2.In connection with the above, there is a possibility of partial or complete unavailability of application functions for reasons beyond the control of the Developer. The developer does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the application, the constant availability of any specific functions, or the ability to restore functionality within a certain time frame.

4.3.Developer will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the functionality of the application after identifying incompatibility with changes made by Pinterest, but does not guarantee that restoration will be possible, complete or timely.

4.4.The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.

5. Changes in functionality and conditions

5.1.The composition, functionality, number and purpose of the application functions may change over time unilaterally by the Developer. The Developer is not obligated to coordinate changes with the User, notify the User of changes in advance, or maintain any particular set of functions throughout the term of the license.

5.2.The developer may release updates to the application. Updates are distributed free of charge to licensed users; however, the Developer does not guarantee that updates will retain all previous functionality or will not introduce new restrictions.

5.3.The developer may change the terms of this agreement unilaterally. The current version is always available at this link.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1.The developer is not responsible for any damages, lost profits, moral damages or other consequences (direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential) arising in connection with the use or inability to use the application, including due to changes in the Pinterest platform, discontinuation of support for certain functions, errors in the operation of the application or actions of third parties.

6.2.Developer's maximum aggregate liability for any claims by User arising out of or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount actually paid by User for the license.

6.3.This section applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. License

The application is provided under a paid license “1 key = 1 device”
Transfer of the activation key to third parties is prohibited
One license is valid on one device at a time

8. Prohibited actions

Decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering of the application
Distributing modified versions of the application
Removing or bypassing the licensing mechanism
Resale of activation keys

9. Refund

Refunds are considered on an individual basis. To request a return, contact the developer through the contacts provided at the time of purchase.

10. Applicable law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the seller's country of registration. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in court at the place of registration of the seller.
